The MicroSorter in its fastest version: up to 2,400 products per hour. For operations that no longer get by on 1,500 an hour, at peak or all year round.

60% more than the MicroSorter
The Max works on the same principle as the MicroSorter. The difference comes down to two things.

The Max has more shuttles in the machine. That is where the extra sorting capacity comes from.

Controls and software have been upgraded to keep up with the higher pace.

Infeed, scan, sort to the right destination. Just as you know it from the MicroSorter.
A sorter that handles your average gets stuck in the weeks that matter: Black Friday, December, the promotion week. So look at the highest rate per hour you have to hit.
Up to 1,500 products per hour
For volumes that stay steadily below 1,500 an hour.
View the MicroSorterUp to 2,400 products per hour
For a rate or a peak between 1,500 and 2,400 an hour. Where you would otherwise put two MicroSorters side by side for that rate, one Max reaches it on its own.
Above 2,400 an hour
Then we work out a setup with several machines for you.

What the Max achieves in your warehouse depends on your items, the number of sort destinations and how they are fed in. That is why we draw up the technical specification (dimensions, destinations, connection values) from your order data.
