Extend the track.
Six levels, 216 destinations. More orders or routes per run. Nothing changes at the infeed.

Ten metres. 324 destinations.
More than four times the destinations of the starting setup. No new system, no new way of working.

How it works
Three steps, one continuous flow.
01
Infeed
Items enter the system at the head of the machine. The MicroSorter reads the item and knows straight away where it has to go.
02
Sorting
The machine carries the item across the levels to the right destination and ejects it there. All of it based on your order or route file.
03
Discharge
At every destination a complete order, run or customer is ready to go. Take it away and the next flow is already running through the machine.
