The MicroSorter grows with you, from 4 to 15 metres
The question we get most often in a first conversation is not about speed or about accuracy. It is about later. What if my volume doubles? What if thirty destinations are added next year? Do I buy another machine then?
No. The MicroSorter is modular, and we have now put on a single page what that means in practice.
From 72 to 324 destinations, and beyond
The starting setup is four metres long, has four levels and 72 sort destinations. That fits in the space most operations already have free today.
From there you can go two ways. Upwards, by adding a level of destinations: five metres with five levels gives 120 destinations on exactly the same floor area. And lengthways, by adding modules to the track: seven metres with six levels comes out at 216. The full setup is ten metres and six levels, good for 324 destinations.
That is more than four times as many as you started with. Without a new system, without a new way of working, and without anything changing on the infeed side.
And the series does not stop there. Ten metres is the longest setup that appears in the animation, not the longest we build: lengthways we go up to fifteen metres.
Why that matters
With most sorting solutions, capacity is a choice you make once. Either you buy for the peak you expect five years from now and spend five years paying for capacity that sits idle, or you buy for today and grind to a halt the moment things go well.
That is why modular is not a sales argument for us but a design choice. You pay for the sorting capacity you need now. A customer, an extra shipping batch or a new route to add? Then a module or a level is added, on the same system.
